Prior to each project, an assembled team including the project manager and project engineers will be assigned to procurement, construction and delivery, via setting a thorough quality management plan, including logistics, equipment management, system analysis, construction plan, etc.
All of the procurement activities and products are subjected to a detailed scrutiny and will be inspected and tested as part of the quality assurance process.
We also select and monitor our suppliers based on the company’s stringent policies to insure the most competitive costs and quality products. during the construction period, the project manager will be on site to ensure the robustness of the planned system and address any issue arose regarding the project.
